Who we are
Dominion Systems Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16841199) with its registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in this policy at jack@dominionsystems.co.uk.
What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind, and it has no forms. We collect personal data in only two ways:
- Enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this solely to respond to and follow up on your enquiry.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., records standard technical logs when you visit the site, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use these only for security and to keep the site running.
Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google LLC when a page loads. Google processes this as described in the Google privacy policy.
Why we process it
We rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) in responding to business enquiries and in securing and operating this website. We do not use your data for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and is then deleted. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short rolling period and are not kept by us.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., a US company, which processes server logs on our behalf under its data processing agreement, relying on recognised UK and EU international transfer safeguards. We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are required to by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email jack@dominionsystems.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
